Lake Colony Pointe: Where Thoughtful Design Meets Everyday Living

We’re thrilled to share that our Lake Colony Pointe project was featured in the August 2025 issue of Birmingham Home & Garden—a true celebration of what’s possible when thoughtful design, intentional planning, and expert craftsmanship come together.

What began as a dark, cramped Liberty Park kitchen, tucked away from the main living spaces, has been completely reimagined into a bright, open, and welcoming centerpiece of the home. The original layout felt closed off, making it difficult for the family to cook, gather, or entertain comfortably. By rethinking the floor plan and relocating the kitchen to a larger, light-filled space with sweeping views of the backyard and pool, we were able to create a space that feels both functional and connected.

The result is a kitchen that not only looks beautiful but also enhances the way the family uses their home every day. This transformation strikes the perfect balance between everyday practicality and timeless style, proving that great design can truly change the way you live.

Thoughtful Design, Elevated Living

Every detail of this redesign was intentional, blending functionality with elegance. Some of the highlights include:

  • Double islands that make cooking, entertaining, and gathering effortless

  • A hidden scullery and concealed pantry to keep counters clean and storage organized

  • A 48-inch Wolf range beneath a striking custom Danby marble hood that steals the show

  • Elegant archways and perfect symmetry that give the space a timeless, balanced look
